- Please check back each month before completing your MPR for any updates or special notices.
- Note that the MPR form now has a place to include the NEAP percentage you are paying. If you enter the percentage, Excel will automatically calculate the amount due.
- Please verify that all information requested on the MPR is filled out completely before mailing. We only need one list of employees either listed on the MPR or attached to the MPR, not both.
- Mail three copies of both the MPR and any of your attached reports to our office.
- We will no longer accept multiple NEAP rates on the same MPR effective September 1, 2007.
- Any report not completed properly, separated by NEAP rate, or paid incorrectly will be returned. No Exceptions.

All work in Local Union 53 must be reported on the MPR specifically for that Local. Effective September 1, 2008, there is an additional fund, AMF, being collected for Local 53. Effective January 1, 2008 the Southwest Apprenticeship Fund will be collected by our office and can be included in the one check made payable to the National Electrical Trust Fund.

Local Union 304 Southwestern MPR

All work in Local Union 304 must be reported on the MPR specifically for that Local. Effective June 30, 2008, there is an additional fund, AMF, being collected for Local 304. For all Contractors, the AMF rate is 0.2% of gross earnings for the first 40,000 man hours per year. Effective June 30, 2008, there is also a Local 304 - NECA Joint Safety Training Trust fund with a contribution rate of 0.75% of gross payroll. Local Union 1002 Southwestern MPR

All work in Local Union 1002 must be reported on the MPR specifically for that Local. Effective July 1, 2008, there is an additional fund, AMF, being collected for Local 1002. For all Contractors, the AMF rate is 0.2% of gross earnings for the first 40,000 man hours per year. Effective July 1, 2008, there is also a Local 1002 - NECA Joint Safety Training Trust fund with a contribution rate of 1% of gross payroll. The following Funds will be included in our One (1) Check System:
- NEBF (3% of Gross Labor Payroll)
- NEAP (% varies per Local Area)
- NLMCC (.01 Cent per Hour)
- Apprenticeship (1% of Gross Labor Payroll)
- L.U. 53 AMF (0.2% of Gross Labor Payroll)
- L.U. 55 AMF (0.2% of Gross Labor Payroll)
- L.U. 304 AMF (0.2% of Gross Labor Payroll)
- L.U. 1002 AMF (0.2% of Gross Labor Payroll)
- L.U. 304 - NECA Joint Safety Training Trust (0.75% of Gross Labor Payroll)
- L.U. 1002 - NECA Joint Safety Training Fund (1% of Gross Labor Payroll)
- NECA Service Charges (NECA Members Only)
- One (1) check for all funds to be written out to "National Electrical Trust Fund"
- Mailed to: P.O. Box 20166 Kansas City, MO 64195
- Reports are due by the 15th of every month.
- We will need (3) copies of the MPR.
